Named for Stephen Fuller Austin, the state's iron-willed founder, Stephen F's Bar & Terrace is sophisticated with a light Texas touch. A mounted longhorn over the hand-tooled leather bar, cowhide barstools and comfy, overstuffed chairs set the tone for an extensive drink menu and wine list. Located on the 2nd floor of the InterContinental hotel, it has the only outdoor terrace on Congress Avenue – perfect for taking in views of the Texas Capitol and cheering on the occasional parade.

The Terrace

An extension of Stephen F's Bar overlooking Congress Avenue and 7th Street, with a spectacular view of the Capitol. Features outside seating and live entertainment and offers a wide selection of wines by the glass, cordials, cigars, upscale appetizers and an extensive martini menu.
